This privacy policy describes how BAT’NTEC (hereinafter the “Data Controller” or “we”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users of the Site (hereinafter “you” or the “User”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended relating to data processing, files, and freedoms.

Personal Data Collected
In the course of operating the Site, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

Data Recipients

MOV’NTEC undertakes never to sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes without your prior consent.
Data Transfers Outside the European Union
Some of our service providers are located or use infrastructure outside the European Union.
These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR:
- Adequacy decision of the European Commission (for countries recognized as providing an adequate level of protection);
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) from the European Commission for transfers to countries that do not benefit from an adequacy decision;
- Where applicable, EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified U.S. entities

Your Rights
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access : obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you are being processed and receive a copy of them;

- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): request the deletion of your data in the cases provided for by applicable regulations;
- Right to restriction of processing : request the temporary suspension of the use of your data;
- Right to data portability : receive your data in a structured, commonly used format or have them transmitted to another data controller;
- Right to object : object to processing based on legitimate interest, in particular for direct marketing purposes;
- Right to withdraw consent : where processing is based on consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- Right to define instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death (specific to French law)

We will respond within one (1) month of receipt of your request. This period may be extended by two (2) additional months in the case of complex requests, in which case you will be informed.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates applicable regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.
Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
BAT’NTEC does not carry out any fully automated decision-making producing legal effects or significantly affecting you. We do not perform profiling for automated decision-making purposes.
Data Security
BAT’NTEC implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data and to protect them against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures include in particular: encryption of sensitive data, use of secure connections (HTTPS), restriction of access to authorized personnel only, and regular backup procedures.
