The MovNtec factory brings together all the expertise required to manufacture the Galibot: from the design of the welded steel chassis to the integration of electrical systems, through to final testing before delivery.
Key stages of the manufacturing process
- Boilermaking & welding: fabrication of the steel chassis, designed to withstand real-world conditions
- Mechanical assembly: installation of running gear, transmission, and braking system
- Electrical integration: wiring, battery installation, and onboard systems
- Homologation & compliance: validation according to L6e category standards for road use
- Final quality control: functional testing before shipment
